I just slowly took everything broken off of the vacuum and replaced the parts. Worked like a charm. I will keep my Kirby going as long as I can get parts that need to be replaced! This was cake finding the right parts, fast shipment, and perfect result. This place is great!

Plastic was old and came apart.
I removed the old broken parts and replaced with the new. The change in the new part made replacement so fast and easy. No tools were needed.
