Used torx socket to remove broken manifold
Cleaned every thing with brake cleaner and reassembled
No more black smoke or sputtering

2. Tried to attach the carburetor to the manifold.
3. Discovered that the holes on the carburetor side of the manifold were NOT tapped.
4. Tapped out the holes, finished the job.

4. Replaced the manifold and the gasket.
5. Reinstalled the carburetor and the gaskets.
6. Reinstalled the breather assembly.
