Simply followed the directions provided. All went perfectly. Didn't even have to adjust the air/fuel ratio. Instructions say you need to be a professional to install the kit but it is really quite easy.

Pretty easy - the manifold is 4-6 screws/bolts - unscrew/unbolt, slide off; slide the new one on; replace screws/bolts. The regulator is a couple nuts. You do need the correct wrench sizes for the regulator. Nothing unusual, but it's tight enough that you're not likely to get by with a couple crescent wrenches.

Removed manifold cover
Disconected manifold from tank
Removed manifold bolts
Replaced manifold
Raplaced cover
Installed knobs
Very easy repair

1. CLOSE THE VALVE ON PROPANE TANK
2. Remove the top
3. Remove knobs and front panel
4. Remove manifold
5. Install new manifold
6. Reinstall knobs, front panel, and top.

Replace worn gas manifold & rusted out crossover tube

1. Remove control knobs & front cover
2, Disconnect igniter wiring & gas connection on manifold
3. Remove & replace manifold
4. Remove screws from end of burner tubes thus allowing removal & replacement of crossover tube.
