Was not made to be able to move handle to opposite side of the reel
Removed and replaced the main gear. It went in OK but it was not designed to change the crank handle to the other side of the reel. The threads are a different size. It’s OK on the left but I have always cranked it in with my right hand.

best supplier of parts
I've dealt with ereplacement parts for many years. I've never had a bad experience and will continue to use them as my "go to" replacement parts supplier. Actually, I don't recall that any requested part I needed was not available. I deal mostly in fishing reel replacement parts, some are old models too. Thanks for serving me so very well.

Why buy new or pay someone else to fix your gear?
Been doing maintenance and repairs on my fishing gear myself for years. Sousing part from ereplacementparts has saved me so much money. Parts are easy to find, reasonably priced, and shipment times are reasonable.

Exactly what I needed, arrived quickly
Pretty easy to look up the part # for the model I had with some stripped gear teeth; shipping seemed plenty fast, and doing the part replacement myself was simple enough w/ only a #1 Phillips... just 4 screws to remove the side plate and 1 screw to release the main drive shaft to slide it up out of the way. Reel works like new again.

Easy repair.
Gear fit well and allowed me to put reel to use right away. For a small item it took a little long to get here. May be due to postal system because it was tracked at an office away from our location. Pleased with part.
