    Blade Guard for miter saw
I've purchased parts from eReplacementParts before. Looking at the diagrams and locating the part is great. The Safety Cover was the right part I needed. Had to do a little modification to get it to fit but I think that is only because the part is meant for several different models of saws. Otherwise, I've never been disappointed.

    Saw blade guard, worn brushes

It was an easy repair simple logic and when you remove the old guard pay attention to how it came off so it would be easy to put on again.

To install the new brushes, just remove the brush caps with a screw driver , then remove the old brushes, then install the new ones and screw brush caps back on.

    Not much to it!

It is nice to find the parts easily, order them and get it up and running again quickly. Much cheaper than a new saw.

The saws safety cover had a partial break so it would bind when trying to use the saw and would not retract. Another employee of my company misused the saw and somehow broke the plastic table inserts.

The table inserts were easy, four screws per side all easy to reach, no problem. I had to remove the saw blade and it's metal inserts, plus unscrew the metal plate that held the safety cover. I also had to bend the piece that lowers and retracts the safety cover back to it's original shape. After I had all that aligned and working it took some time to figure out where the return spring connected because it had ejected itself from the saw, probably when the employee bent the metal retractor and broke the safety cover. After I figured out the springs proper placement, installing it was very easy.
