    Good new parts
I also ordered a motor assembly for the cordless Dremel, Part 2610919750. That with the lock and it works like new again. Good price, good service. Mailing to Japan took time, but it got here a little earlier than they had said it would. So, very happy all around.

Easy swap to long time problem
We had a dremel 3000 at work that no one could use because a bit was stuck in there. I was able to get it out, and then figured out that it was a broken lock that was preventing us from getting bits out. It was a simple swap and Eparts was great to use again.

Received my locking pin today and it took me all of 5 minutes to replace. Saving me $100 by fixing rather than buying a new one.

    1. Opened the Dremel up
    2. Removed old on/off switch from motor and disconnected power wires. (write down black/white configuration beforehand. I don't think it matters during reassembly but better safe than sorry!)
3.Snapped new on/off switch into the four ports of the motor.
    4. Reattach white and black power cords. They snap into the unit very easily.
    5. Closed the unit.
    6. I replaced the carbon brushes to, because they were a bit worn out. This is easy but must be done at the very end so the motor sits correctly.
    7. Turned it on and enjoyed my Dremel again. This repair saved me about $40-50 dollars from having to buy a new Dremel. I like this place!
