Jacked up front of tractor up and replaced all pulleys mandrel and new belt and the two lifts at back of deck

My local Husqvarna dealer told me the lift arms and other parts I needed were not available until at least August of this year.. Replacement Parts showed all the parts in stock and had them to me within 5 days.. I love these guys !!!

Never in my life have I seen it take 2 weeks to receive the order, before that it was ordered 3 days before that. 2 weeks 3 days of waiting, don't know about the economy shipping but I believe they told them to take their time. 1 week been ok, 2 weeks was was unsatisfactory. Very disappointed in customer service also. Most likely they have lost my business from their disappointing customer service, never even offered a sincere Appoligy, will be contacting corporate about this matter and the way customer service handled it with a generic message back. Thanks but no thanks for your business If I could I would put Negitive stars for this review.
