Pulled pins, removed handle, replaced lid and added old handle.

Cracked lid, it was crushed by my 5th wheel hitch.
Remove old lid by pulling out the cotter pins and removing the two hinge pins. Then line new lid up with hinge mounts and insert hinge pins. 5 minute job, very easy.
