Just manipulated the engine stop lever/bar(?) out. Pulled pin for traction tensioner lever if that's what it's called out, inserted new one and reversed procedure. Works nicely now. Much easier mowing yard with self propelled mower. Just wished it picked up the clippings as well as my old mower did. Like the sense a drive very much
