Nice to be able to fix tool with a $3 part rather than buy a new one.
This part is easily lost when changing spoils. It should have been designed so that was not the case.

My son did the repair. Grasshog weed trimmer cap broke and flew off, was not sure what parts were missing. Purchased a replacement spring and cap then my son said there was some part that helps feed the line. So I looked at the parts list on your site and my son verified the missing part I purchased it and my son fixed my trimmer and did my lawn.Thank you so much for saving me from having to buy a new yard trimmer. I will refer you to friends and family. Thanks again!
