Product Description ?

This is an authentic DeWalt replacement part that is sourced from the original manufacturer for use with chop saws. The special knob connects to the vise adjustment handle and is used to provide a grip to the handle. The smaller snap ring the holes for the ring were to small to use pliers so i used a paper clip and spread the ring with the pliers

Tool Type

Chop Saw

Difficulty

Medium

Time

1-2 hours

Tools Used

Screwdriver, allen wrench snap ring pliers and a paper clip

I put the knob on the threaded rod then I put the rod through the hole and put the flat plate and secured that to the rod it was easy but I had to find something to go in the holes of the smaller snap ring which was a paper clip and I bent that in the holes so it wouldn't come out then to my pliers and spread the paper clip so it would go on the rod and secure in the groove of the rod and my chop saw clamp to secure the material down to cut was working and secure. THANK YOU FOR THE PARTS!!!!!!
