This is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer. The knob insert kit is commonly found in Moen faucets. This item is a complete set of three plastic buttons that can be inserted into the center of the knobs that control the water flow to the faucet. They are marked to indicate the hot and cold water knobs and the diverter knob. You may require a flat-head screwdriver to remove the old part. The new one can then be slotted into place.

Easy way to refresh old faucet handles
