New Parts Don’t Fit Old Blender
Even though the parts (cover lid and insert) for an old Oster blender that arrived were the ones on the website, they didn’t fit the glass jar. I was happily given a return authorization but also given the advice from Ereplacements to call Oster. I did and they shipped me a new glass jar for the blender for free! So I cancelled my RA and the parts fit the new jar. The service was very good!
