Description:

Genuine OEM replacement part, this item is sold individually.
This is the part of the Trimmers shown below that the cutting line is wound inside of.
Once the cutting line is wound in the Inner Reel, it is inserted into the Outer Spool Assembly.
It is attaches to the trimmer by threading on the Bump Head Knob Assembly.
The Diameter of the line that is recommended for theses Trimmers is .080

Flexible drive shaft twisted off due to age and overuse

Took the lower part of shaft off and removed broken flex drive, measured it looked the part up on ereplacementparts ordered and within 1 week new parts were delivered. Reassembled the trimmer and back in business.

inner line reel & bump knob were worn out

I removed the old worn out bump knob with the pliers and pulled out the old worn out inner reel and put the replacement parts I got from Replacement Parts.com right on my trimmer. Everything fit perfectly and the new inner reel had the line divider which makes it easier for the line to feed out when needed. I am satisfied with my purchase and the price! Instead of getting a new trimmer for $100 I spent $30 and I'm trimming away again!:)

Bump cap broke and bolt feel out

Removed the broken bump cap, then the spool
Installed the new spool and the new bump cap

Lower shaft was gone, no longer working

I simply took off the old shaft and replaced it with the replacement one, I did have to use another bolt, the old one wasn't long enough to hold the shaft. Once in place I installed the newer inner real, the old shaft was getting so hot it melted the one I had bought before, must of been a bearing problem. The trimmer is working better then when I bought it, thanks, you all rock.

In addition to replacing the broken Bump head, I also replaced the inner reel. Simple fix. Works great!

Trimmer head wore out

Took off old parts and put on new parts. Slip washers made it easy to put on. Then wound line on the spool and started using it.

Wound some cutting line on the new spool and placed it in the spool housing, then screwed on the new bump knob
