This is the inner pot for a rice cooker. It is commonly replaced due to scratches or just general wear to the material. This is a very simple replacement with no tools necessary. Simply remove the old inner pot by lifting it straight up and out and placing the new one into the main heating base. The top measures approximately 8-1/8 inches in diameter, the bottom measures 5-5/8 inches in diameter and it is about 3-3/4 inches high. This part is sold individually and sourced right from the original manufacturer.

The inner pots of these rice cookers lose a good bit of their Teflon coating over a period of about two years and the rice stuck to the pot is hard to remove. Appreciate being able to have a replacement so easy to obtain.

I ordered a replacement pot rather than discard the entire rice cooker. It was cheaper than buying a new one. The new pot is non-stick and is great.

1.Just dropped it right in. Fit like it was made for it. : ) I have to say though that this inner pot is a better quality than the original. It's finish is much nicer and even new, some rice would stick slightly to the old inner pot. With this one, it almost slides out of the pot.
