Ignitor quit
Looked as if I needed to dismantle entire unit to get to ignitor but after getting half of it apart I saw I only needed to "pop out" the the panel and the rest was easy.

The original ignitor module screw-on cap was defective - would not produce a spark to light the pilot.
(1) Unscrewed the old cap off the original ignitor module.
(2) Unscrewed the new cap off the new ignitor module.
(3) Screwed the new cap onto the original ignitor module.
(4) Pushed down the new cap to light the pilot.
The only problem with the original ignitor module was a defective cap. It simply wore out from being pushed down so many times. It would be nice if eReplacementParts.com would sell only the cap. I am sure that the ignitor module body seldom goes bad on these heaters. So I spent $12 + shipping just to get the cap and will probably end up throwing the new ignitor module body away. It is not worth tearing down half the heater to replace it. Should have cost me $4 at the most for a cap!!

Worked as expected though there is a rattle inside module
The challenge was determining how to access the existing igniter module. It turns out all you have to do is pop off the cover plate which holds the igniter module. With this knowledge, it is a 5-minute fix.
Without this knowledge, it is much much longer!
