removed the old faucet head. - needed wrench.
removed the extendable hose from underneath sink .. only pressing a button.
put in the new replacement part - snaked it in from the top.
added the weight to the hose - it was longer than original.
snapped the replacement part into place in faucet. no tools required.
checked for leaks.
replaced the faucet head in sink.
turned on the water. again .. checked for leaks.
added wire tie to the weight - to loop hose - it was still too long.
done. - original plumbers estimate - $400. final cost .. < $100 .
