Cap screw broke

Parts Used
Soaked the broken screw with Kroil for about an hour. Dissembled the sander and removed the armature to access end assembly containing the broken cap screw body. Center punched the cap screw and drilled it out on the drill press. Didn't have to use an EZ out tool since the drill unscrewed the cap screw body.
Reassembled tool and it worked fine.

The bolt securing the pad bearing and fan loosened and destroyed the bearing

Split the housing removed the old fan assembly, then installed new fan assembly and cleaned, then reassembled housings.
