there only 5 screws on the handle once removed the two half comes apart then put the new right side handle on and lay the new switch in don't put the screw that hold the switch down yet because this is a updated switch you gonna need to lengthen two wires. on the plug side just strip the black outer casing back about three extra inches back. that will solve the problem with the back wire to the switch coming from the power cord side. next the white wire on the power cord side will be extra long to the switch where as the yellow sander motor wire that goes to the switch is to short for this new switch so i just cut extra long white wire on the power cord side but i left enough to put the wire terminal that comes with the kit on it so as the wire is not to short to the switch . now the white wire that was cut off was just the right length i just got a butt connector and added to the yellow wire on the motor side and put the terminal connector that came with kit on the same white wire that was use to lengthen . wire problem done . install screw that hold switch in place .make sure wires doesn't get pinched wend install the left haft of the handle and five screws. Done. by the way this switch kit comes with a wire diagram instructions also. easy job.
