    The Belt.
Removed cover by removing 2 screws, lifting cover up and out. Put belt on by putting belt on small wheel and starting the belt on larger wheel. Started turning large wheel and keeping pressure on the belt so it would stay engaged to the wheels. (like putting a chain on a bicycle sprocket)

    The handle.
Removed screw holding broken handle and removed broken handle by pulling straight up. I paid attention to the sequence in witch the parts came off (screw, washer, plate, etc...) and put them back on in right order.
