Wrong handle assembly for Penn Fierce II 4000 reel twice, paid to ship back once
I used the website to order utilizing my product's model number and received the wrong part. Called and was told I'd have to pay to ship back along with not be refunded shipping charges to me since I ordered off the website. I placed a second order over the phone and received the wrong part. I think something is wrong with your part numbering for Penn reel parts. I've given up and ordered straight from Penn... cheaper anyhow.

Reel 1 bail, arm, and handle broken. Reel 2 drag knob and spring missing.

Removed bail line guide screw and transfered parts to new bail arm and reinstalled screw.
Installed bail onto yoke and installed both screws.
Installed new handle.
Reel 2
Installed new spool assembly.
Tightened drag knob.
Removed bail line guide screw and transfered parts to new bail arm and reinstalled screw.
Installed bail onto yoke and installed both screws.

3. Screwed the handle back on to the reel.
