Questions & Answers for Srv C-can H/f/l Grl (brn/naut)
The 655C Broan bathroom vent fan cover of the noted Model # states a size of 16-3/4" x 10-1/8". However my original part has a size of 16-3/4" x 10-3/4" (as measured from outside edge to outside edge). If the size noted is accurate, the cover offered as an OEM replacement will not cover the hole in the sheetrock where the housing is mounted. Is the size shown accurate?

Bathroom vent heater motor failed
Remove plastic light cover by gently pulling to one side and down. Remove light bulb. Remove acorn nut inside light fixture and lower grill and light fixture backing plate. Unplug light fixture. Loosen (do not remove) 2 Phillips screws from heater blower unit. Unplug blower. Lift and pivot out. On the new unit I used 2 small pieces of shrink wrap on the pivot arms to try to make the unit quieter (it helped). Installation is the reverse procedure. I replaced grill at the same time since mine had yellowed in 9 years. Since the heater blower unit costs the same as a whole new unit, I'd recommend buying a whole new unit and taking the parts off that you need. The main body is a pain to remove from the attic but all the components are replaceable from inside the house.

Found parts to a discontinued product
Our Broan combo bathroom vent/heater/light was discontinued and the replacement needed a larger ceiling opening. Found the replacement part and got lots of helpful ideas from the DIY community on eReplacement. Never had a problem with any order from this company.

Fit perfectly. Looks so much better
I was delighted to find new grills for my 1984 bathroom fan. The old yellowed grills looked terrible in our remodeled bathrooms, but the motors still work well. Fit perfectly and look great. I did have to go back and order new light lens covers as the old ones where too square at the corners. You had those as well. Thank you!

Well worth it replacement
While I individually had difficulty finding this part for our 20+ year old shower ceiling fan, the customer service representative quickly located the part that I purchased. I didn't realize how bad the old grill looked.
