1. Remove bearing case cover.
2. Remove gear case from armature. Use 11/32 inch wrench to hold spur gear retaining nut.
3. Remove spur gear from gear case.
4. Install spur gear into new gear case.
5. Install gear case onto armature shaft & torque down the spur gear retaining nut.
6. Lube gear case gear set.
7. Install gear case cover & torque down all mounting screws.
8. Test repaired grinder.
2. Remove gear case from armature. Use 11/32 inch wrench to hold spur gear retaining nut.
3. Remove spur gear from gear case.
4. Install spur gear into new gear case.
5. Install gear case onto armature shaft & torque down the spur gear retaining nut.
6. Lube gear case gear set.
7. Install gear case cover & torque down all mounting screws.
8. Test repaired grinder.

grinder was dropped, breaking piece off the gear case. Brushes needed changed.
