I have had my Hamilton Beach food processor for well over 10 years and my heaviest month for using it is every November. My daughter-in-law loved it so much that she went out and found one very similar to mine. Well last November (2022), while cleaning the bowl I noticed a crack in the bowl. Needless to say I was so distress, that I was ready to buy a new one . My friend suggested I try and order the part online as it may cost less than buying a whole new one. I Googled Hamilton Beach, looked up the product number and checked for the parts I needed (sometime ago I had also lost the gate-but I had come up with a work around for all these years). The website said the parts I needed were out of stock and they didn't know when they would be in stock again. I kept checking for about 2 weeks and then I decided to give them a call. Got the contact number from the website. I spoke to a very nice lady and I gave her the product information and she said that they DID have the parts I needed. I placed my order and in about a week, I had my replacement parts. I was sooooo very happy that I can continue to use my food processor and everything fit and worked as expected. Here's to another 10+ years from now. Thank you so much.

Small Part Solves Big Problem
So thankful to be able to get this small part replacement - the "gate" for my Hamilton Beach food processor. This food processor is by far my favorite food processor I've ever used, and when the gate was chewed up by my dog, I despaired to ever being able to use the food processor again.
