Replaced carb, and exhaust gasket. No problems now.

Faulty carburetor on an Echo blower
Remove the air cleaner cover, and filter
Remove the fuel lines and throttle from the carburetor
Remove the screws holding the air cleaner base and the carburetor
Remove the carburetor and the gasket
Insert the two screws into the air cleaner base, through the carburetor and the gasket
Tighten the screws
Connect the fuel lines and the throttle to the carburetor
Attach the air filter and the air filter cover
Remove the fuel lines and throttle from the carburetor
Remove the screws holding the air cleaner base and the carburetor
Remove the carburetor and the gasket
Insert the two screws into the air cleaner base, through the carburetor and the gasket
Tighten the screws
Connect the fuel lines and the throttle to the carburetor
Attach the air filter and the air filter cover
