1. Removed auger,
2. Disassembled gear box,
3. Removed drive pulley,
4. Removed drive shaft
5. Repaired gear box cover
6. Installed new gear box parts
7. Reinstalled shaft, pulley and auger.

I totally removed the traction drive components and replaced the badly worn parts. Then I cleaned up the reusable parts.
