Nailer was leaking air and would not operate correctly.
Disassembled the top side of the nailer and inspected components for damage. Found head cap was damaged. Researched the replacement parts, ordered and installed the new head cap and the gaskets. Tested the nailer, held the air pressure and operated just fine. Schematic explosion helped in ordering correct replacement parts. Thanks. Saved a $500 nailer.

My framing nailer was blowing air out of the exhaust continuously.
I removed the head cap and exhaust port finding the carbon seal inside the cap disintegrated. Cleaned the inside of the casing and replaced the head cap and gasket. Stopped leaking air and fires like new.
