Take pictures of fuel line, primer line and return line routing.
Remove carb for access to tubing routing.
Remove all fuel lines and replace with new parts. You may need to trim off the tip of the tubing at an angle in order to get it through the appropriate holes. You may also need to slip a small wire through the tubing so you can control it as you fish the tubing through the required holes.
Hook up tubing and reinstall the carb.
Oil the foam air filter and wring it out thuroughly. I like to wring it with a paper towel or rag. Install.
Add fresh, non ethanol gas if you can get it.
Start the saw and get it a little warmed up. Probably a good time to adjust the carb. Check YouTube for instructions.
Wouldn't start because it wasn't getting fuel due to a clogged filter/broken fuel line.
