    Removed sander ring with on sander with wrench provided.
    Pulled out friction ring with fingers
    Snapped in new friction ring with fingers.
    Put new sander ring where old one was
    Replaced nut with wrench provided
    Turned pad till holes lined up with lugs and tightened nut
    Put wrench back in hole on sander
    Put new sanding pad on sander and went back to work
