Screwdriver, Torx driver.
Parts Used
1. I removed the screws from top and bottom.
2. slid the o-ring off the dust port
3. opened up the case
4. Blew out the dust
5. reassembled.
6. Test
It worked perfectly. I suggest you replace at the same time as you replace the velcro pad...it changes everything about the sander....makes it like new.
