The problem with the repair was replacing the fuel lines. The Toro fuel lines were the right diameter but the orifice was too small and it did not allow adequate fuel flow to the carburetor. Toro acknowledged the problem with some of their fuel line replacements.

11 tilted the mover on its right side

13 attached the spring to the base of the mower in the notch where it belonged
