This is a genuine Oster replacement part, it is sold individually.
The Filler-Cap is used as a cap for the blender.
It can also be removed from the blender jar cover for the purpose of putting small food items in the blender without removing the entire jar lid.

I broke the glass cap filler on top of the blender cap.

Set the new piece in, turned it to lock.

The base of my blender was my mother-in-laws old one, about 40 years old. I just wanted to replace the top glass part.

I just put the bottom together then screwed it to the top glass part.

According to the manufacture, the 124461-000-000 Jar (New Round Design). Can be used on the Oster 4122. You may want to order the following items also.
