remove safety switch & wiring
remove fan blade
clean with brush & compressor

Fan blades where broken off in places.
Very easy repair on the Echo es 231 shredder/ blower. Unscrew the cover, use a socket and pliers to hold blade. Then remove the fan. Put a little bit of blue loctite on the bolt. Install the cover.
