Fan was broken and (3) of the (4) screws that hold the compressor on were missing
Pulled the fan and replaced, was a little difficult to get the fan on straight, had to pull the fan off a couple of times to get it on straight, also had to pull the motor mounts to get the screws on the backside, as the air tank was in the way to get a screw driver in to take off and put back on.
