    The original plastic fan blades for the 2-heat lamp bathroom light were crumbling

    1. I first removed the fan motor assembly (two hex-head screws) and unplugged it.
    2. Using a needle-nosed pliers, I pulled off the plastic fan blade (4-bladed).
    3. I then simply slide the new blade on the motor post.
    4. Then remounted the motor assembly, replaced the cover (held on by two springs).
    5. Done!

    Heat lamps and fan stop working even when still getting power.

    Replaced thermostat and fan with new ones. Also replaced electrical box , the one that came with it didn't want to tighten good. Now heat lamp and fan working great again.
