Belt Broken, Brush at belt drive melted, filter blocked.
Placed new belt over motor drive shaft. Placed new belt around new roller brush and fit new brush into end slots. Replaced original fitting over assembled parts and secured original screws (4). Replaced old filter with new unit. Made certain that all moved freely and that internal parts were clean, free from dust and debris. Switched on and all is well. Vacuum must be thoroughly cleaned inside after each use. New parts should last 3 to 5 years.
