Product Description ?

This is a Genuine Manufacturer Approved replacement part designed for Nailers/Staplers. This item is made out of Metal and it is Sold Individually. Please note that it does not include the o-ring (sold separately as part number S06Z000900). The Piston/Driver Assembly is the part of the nail gun that drives the nail into the material that is being used. To help extend the life of a pneumatic tool use the specified oil in it daily 4-5 Drops will do every time you use it. The Piston/Driver Assemblies do have a tendency to bend or break if not used correctly or if you are driving nails into extra hard material.

To replace this part you would need a Hex Key/Allen Wrench.

    Disassemble unit removing 4 top cap bolts and 3 small bolts holding the guide and trigger release. Remove cylinder , old driver unit and bumper. Insert new bumper, install o-ring slide driver through slot , insert cylinder over driver and seat with tab positioned in cylinder wall. Re mount external cap and nail guides. Hook air hose and test. Works like a new nail gun.

    1. Remove screws at the top of nail gun
    2. Remove old driver and replace with new one.
    3. Clean and oil the the internal parts of the nail gun
    3. Secure screws at the top of gun and get back to work.

    Remove the end cap from the nail gun, then you can remove the broken driver. Make sure you get all of the pieces out, or you will be fixing it again. Check the rest of the parts for wear and tear. Then install the new driver (properly lubed), reassemble. Easy

    Remove the four screws holding the top cover of the nail gun on
    Remove the broken driver and clean the interior of the gun, then oil it
    Install the new driver
    Replace the top cover of the nail gun

    Removed the broken piston and driver
    Cleaned out the cylinder
    Installed the new driver
    Oiled the internal parts

    Remove the four screws that hold the cap on
    Remove the old gasket and clean the area
    Remove the old driver and insert the new one
    Oiled the inner parts
    Place the gasket on the housing
    Screw the cap back on
