I had two broken reels. One had a broken Pawl, the other had a broken drive shaft.

First off, I want to say that these two reels were being readied to go on a week-long fishing trip in Minnesota. I discovered the issues exactly 6 days before we were leave. I ordered the parts with express shipping and received them the day before we were to leave. The parts were perfect and the repairs were easily completed ( even though they took some time). To change the drive shaft, the reel has to basically be completely disassembled. I did take the time to completely clean and re-grease and oil all the parts that wear. Both reels are Shimano Curados and are heavily used from March thru November.
If I have any further need for Reel parts, I will not hesitate in ordering from ereplacementparts.com, again!
