Thankfully found mechanic that figured out how to replace as not easy to replace
The part was in good condition. Mower mechanic doing repair had to do minor adjustments as said it was not exactly matching cable but made it work. Fortunately found mechanic that was good and figured out how to removed old damaged one and replace new cable .
