Product Description ?

This is an authentic OEM part for use with Craftsman Lawn Mowers and Lawn Tractors. The drive control cable engages the gear case to drive the lawn mower. The most common reason for replacing the control cable is if it is broken, causing the brake to not release even when the lever is pressed. This part is sold individually. The tool that you will need to replace the control cable is pliers.

The part was easy to find on the website; part arrived on time and undamaged. I watched a short video on replacement and, following that, had the cable replaced in about 10 minutes. I started the mower and engaged the drive and, after a quick adjustment, the self-propelled system worked like new.

Happy that there is a place that can provide parts like this.
We all have machines, like a lawnmower. I'm happy that I can find a replacement part, rather than buy a new mower.
