    1. Remove drive belt cover bu removing 5 torx head screws.
    2. Remove damaged notched drive belt
    3. Install new belt
    4. Replace cover

    Small drive belt broke inside of my belt sander

    Screwdriver

    1. I removed the 5 screws on the cover on the side of the Sander.
    2. Removed the cover and blew dust and old belt parts from area- removed remainder of parts( note 2 belts- drive belt for sander and drive belt for dust system)
    3. Cleaned old belt from pulleys(had to scrape pulleys with pointed object)
    4. Installed new belt and reassembled
