Remove cover-plate from bottom of vacuum. Remove old disturbulator. Place belt onto disturbulator. Put new disturbulator (with attached belt) back into vacuum. Stretch belt over onto pulley. Replace cover-plate.

Beater brush bushings overheating.

Removed old brush and bushings.
Installed new brush and bushings.
Tested vacuum and found the new bushings overheated too.
Issue was not corrected...will probably trash the machine due to danger of overheating.

Drive belt was stuck and burn so it couldn't make the spining on the brush

My vacuum had no suction i open the serpentine belt and it was burned i did the order to the site.

Took bottom plate off and put the new belt on but had to pull really hard to get it on the pulley
