Removed carburetor.
Pulled out old fuel line and removed filter and old line from fuel tank.
Fed new line through the hole, this was where I struggled to get it through. The new line is soft and one and a half times the diameter of the hole which makes it difficult to push through. This is where you need the long needle nose pliers with the bend so you can reach in the tank, grab the bit of line exposed, grab it and pull it through. Attached fuel filter.
Rebuilt carb, replacing diaphragm, reed valves and gaskets, reinstalled carb and connect fuel line.
Replace brackets and air filter, choke rod and throttle rod.
Replace cover.
