Simple part saved my expensive nailer!
Dropped my nailer down a flight of stairs. I thought it was a several hundred dollar loss. Found only the nose piece (depth contact) piece was bent slightly. Removed two screws, found the part for about ten bucks online at ereplacementparts.com, part arrived in a couple days, and I was happily back in business. Simple. Fast. Inexpensive.

I accidentally dropped my nail gun and the depth contact bar bent when it hit the ground.
To repair it, there is a small screw holding the depth contact bar to the nail gun. It requires an allen wrench to remove the screw. Once the screw is removed, the bar simply slides out and the new bar can be slid into place and the screw is replaced. It took about 5 minutes total to replace the part.
