2. Tapped out remaining chunk of rusted sweeper.
3. Cleaned up kettle of ash and carbon deposits
4. Installed new ash sweeps (no tools needed)
5. Added a One-Touch Gold ash pan
6. Measured to find center of kettle for lid lock support, marked with pen
7. Measured to find mid points of kettle for lid bale. Lid wire holes should be 4" from top of kettle bottom.
8. Drilled holes for lid wire bale and lock.
9. Inserted lid lock and wire bale.
10. Regular Weber 18.5" grill converted to a lockable carry version.
Replace lid bale and damper.
