Gasket inside cylinder had worn out.
Pretty much common sense, at first used the cylinder supplied with the kit and when it built air pressure it blew past the gasket. Used the old cylinder which was a slightly smaller diameter and it worked great! Very happy! Took an old compressor that someone was throwing away, put in the new gasket and it works like new!

Ordered new valve plate and cylinder kit
Reassembled unit reusing old head gasket with a small amount of a good sealant.
I let the unit sit for a day let sealant cure, then fired it up to 135#

Excellent Company to do business with. Parts are excellent quality, extremely fast prompt service.
I purchased parts for a old Sears air compressor. This was the only place that I found actually had the parts and in stock. Other places I looked showed the parts but noted they were discontinued or obsolete. Thank you for your fast prompt service and low prices.

    Just what I needed.
I thought, I might as well try fix it or throw it away. Watched a video, ordered a few parts. Quick shipment and in no time the air compressor was back to life. Easy ordering what I needed, for an older compressor. Just happy I was able to bring it back to life.

    Great parts supplies available!!
Everything was there im happy with putting my comments in because its a good deal to have parts for power tools and keeping a small footprint on the environment. Why buy a whole new tool. Better to rebuild it. 😉
