Product Description ?

This is the genuine OEM supplied replacement part that is used on Campbell Hausfeld air compressors. A gasket is a mechanical seal which fills the space between the cylinder and the cylinder head. It is recommended to replace gaskets when replacing the cylinder or doing a maintenance repairs on the unit to ensure proper seal. Over time the material may get compressed and crack eventually requiring replacement. Please note this durable composite material gasket is sold individually.

    Removed the cylinder head, cleaned the gasket surface. Installed the new gasket and then the cylinder head.

    Head bolts got loose and blew out the head gasket.
