I removed the fuel tank which presented the effected parts in the open free from any obstructions. . Removed the fuel suction line and dirty fuel filter. the tank fuel line holder was totally decomposed. I inserted the new fuel line with intake filter; threaded the end through the tank fuel line holder. Then connected both hoses to the carburetor ports. Installed the other fuel line components and air filter. Engine fire on the second pull with a little squirt of ether into the air filter.
