Arrived without knob, expensive to ship return
Missing the knob when it arrived. Cost me $14.84 to return to eReplacement. Two weeks after I contacted Customer Service about the missing piece (and 12 days after I paid to return), I received a return label from eReplacement, which I should have received (or at least been informed that I would receive) the return label when I first contacted Customer Service about the missing piece.

Ordered new cover ... but the knob to lift the cover was missing. New cover (with knob) was sent immediately, refund was quick and the second cover was indeed complete with the knob. Very courteous dealings with customer service which I really appreciated. Good folks ... good service!
