    Perfect!
Parts are everything I expected. Why throw out an old tool when it can be repaired and continue its useful life?
    Guest - November 27, 2020 Verified Purchase
    worked as expected
Its a cord, went in with no surprises. Nice product and service

Works fine but required additional materials
Received promptly. Only issue was the spade connector and butt connector required. I had them so it was no issue. The next guy may not have them.

    Replacement cord.
Excellent product, however it needed one 18 gauge flag connector to be installed correctly. It was impossible to find unless I wanted to buy 100. I did find a single on line for $4.65 plus nine dollars shipping, making it almost as expensive as the replacement cord. It would be nice to have the flag connector included with the cord.

    3. Had to special order a .187 inch flag terminal connector to install on the neutral wire. Manufacturer should consider including this item as part of repair kit as the .187 flag terminals aren't available at Lowe's, Home Depot, Ace, Oreilleys, or Autozone.
    4. Installed .187 flag terminal end on neutral wire after cord was routed through reinforcement sleeve.
    5. Connected hot and neutral wires, installed cover and returned item to service.
